Device was as described. I 1st saw these in the 1970s - they work to confirm that you're eliciting the relaxation response correctly (once you know that, you usu. don't need them anymore). I lend them to friends who have situational stress, along with instructions for usuing them. I was able to do a local pickup, which worked out fine.
