This is the correct part but he needs the RP5-GM52-HAR because he has an IOB Radio. The harness is sold separately as stated in the item specifics & in the listing. There is nothing wrong with the interface, the buyer just wants to return it. Thus the reason the buyer pays return shipping & we charge a restocking fee. A simple solution is to buy the RP5-GM52-HAR for $25 & keep the interface which he still needs to change out the factory radio.
