- i**** (694)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseVery hard to find on DVD so am so happy to have it :) The quality of the TV transfer is about the same as the old VHS I have, which is what I expected because it was a made for TV miniseries. It is stretched for widescreen TVs, so I just went to settings and selected 4:3 viewing ratio which was the original. I like the way it looks better. Sound is excellent, and again picture is as expected. Very nice seller and good shipping. A+

There aren't any versions of this series that have been remastered, so this is as good as it is going to get. Given that, this is a very good copy. No subtitles, since the original source did not have any either. If you are looking for a copy of this very hard to find series, you cannot do better than this. Highly recommend the seller.

When it arrived, the first disc was bad, and kept playing the first 20 minutes over and over. I contacted the seller, and they quickly sent out another set. The first disc of the second set was also defective, so I reached out again. They apologized for something that was out of their control, and refunded the full price in a very timely manner. Manufacturing defects are not the problem of the seller, but this seller quickly resolved the issue.

It was a made for TV movie starring Kristy McNichol, Dennis Quaid, and Mark Hamill. Mark Hamill made this movie in 1981 in between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. I had such a huge crush on Dennis Quaid. Awesome seller! Responded to my offer quickly. Well packaged. Fast shipping.
