The discs appear to be DVD-Rs though everything was of decent quality. The picture and sound is above VHS but not quite that of most DVDs. It's a great mini-series and someone should acquire the rights and make multiple movies. NETFLIX? The price was right, so I am happy with my purchase.

The picture cleared up shortly & there was only one other space for several seconds where was no sound toward the middle of the series. other than that, no other problems with the DVD. I would buy from themooviebarn again. 5 star rating all the way. Great series

Message at the beginning of the movie states how the initial storage of the original caused a loss of high frequencies. DVD was new quality but not an original studio production. Movie was burnt onto a DVD-r. Graphics were reprinted. All this being said this movie was no where to be found and I've been wanting to see it once more. Worth it to view an old classic again. Would do business with again. A+

When it arrived, the first disc was bad, and kept playing the first 20 minutes over and over. I contacted the seller, and they quickly sent out another set. The first disc of the second set was also defective, so I reached out again. They apologized for something that was out of their control, and refunded the full price in a very timely manner.
