    The timing is 120° but in the picture you can see the poor quality of manufacture and assembly of the 3 magnets 120°. Send the item back to UK, you have to pay twice the exchange rate from paypal. First from € to £, and when refunding from £ to €. This ends up being ~10% of the item price. In the end you have paid 10% for nothing. Each cylinder fires three times per revolution due to the electronic design, which is a waste of energy .I'll fix the inaccurate processing myself
