Got the vacuum and the carpet attachment does not run, and the power cord was damaged! I also had to spend about an hour cleaning this machine and the attachments. I expected it to be used, but at least cleaned and inspected so that when I received the vacuum it would run as initially delivered when new, and that any damaged parts would be disclosed in the description. What do you want me to do? Take the parts to a SEBO dealer for repair and you reimburse me for the cost? .

If the buyer would have told me the item was damaged I would have done my best to resolve the issue. but, she did not give me chance to respond to her emails.
