Gestione ordini inesistente. Supporto cliente inutile, totalmente inaffidabile, capace solo di inventare scuse. Va riconosciuto che serve una faccia tosta invidiabile per scrivere ciò che sono in grado di scrivere, incuranti di qualsiasi riferimento al reale stato dei fatti. Vi auguro di non averci mai a che fare. Vinceranno loro, a prescindere da quanto abbiate ragione. L'esatto opposto di un fornitore attento al cliente.
