Slow shipping: customs is understandable, however Brixiamoto sat on the order for a couple weeks, perhaps because they had to order it from SIP first. It arrived in a SIP box wrapped in Brixiamoto tape. Was not packaged very well at all. Half of the rack was hanging out of the box and there is a big chunk of chrome broken off unfortunately right on top in a very visible location. I reach out to Brixiamoto about this but have received zero response.

Brixiamoto reached out and we were able to come to an agreement on the issue. I appreciate that. Thank you. I will do business with them again. One thing to consider when purchasing from a company in Italy and shipping to the USA, returns/exchanges can be difficult and expensive.
