Ho ordinato due volte lo stesso oggetto e due volte l'ho ricevuto del colore sbagliato non ostante mi fossi accertato della disponibilità con il venditore prima del reso e di fare un secondo tentativo. Dopo il secondo ordine ho anche scritto al venditore per raccomandarmi di verificare che venisse spedito il colore giusto ma non ostante la pronta risposta è arrivato sbagliato. Buona la comunicazione con il venditore che risponde rapidamente e con cordialità ma alla fine male organizzati.
