The item is great, delivery not so much. The item was left on the ground in my driveway behind my car, but the courier didn't ring the bell, so it was only later when I checked the tracking that it said "delivered", so I went outside and looked and found the package. It wasn't likely that someone could have nicked it, because we live in a cul-de-sac and the item was not visible from the road. But why can't the delivery person ring the bell!
