I am a repeat customer, but that won't happen again. The order details said, shipped via Royal Mail, when it was in fact shipped via UPS who charged me a brokerage fee. Royal Mail would hand to Canada Post and there would have only been the small amount of tax I paid, but because they took it upon themselves to ship via UPS I paid more in UpS brokerage then in taxes. They also never uploaded tracking and the package was almost returned. Again, their fault. Won't be back, terrible experience.

Buyer is upset because wanted me to use Royal Mail in the hope she wouldn't be charged import fees. According to her, they are too busy to check all the parcels. Her order was too heavy for RM so I used another company. Tracking link was sent in a message as soon the parcel was posted. Parcel was nearly returned because the courier tried to deliver 3 times, but buyer was refusing to pay import fees. All orders over 20 Canadian dollars have to pay import fees but buyer refuses to acknowledge it.
