The item was new as described in the Ebay ad. The item was ordered on Wed, 1 Apr 2026. The estimated delivery period was Thu, Apr 02 - Mon, Apr 06. The item was delivered on Sat, 4 Apr 2026. The item package indicates the drive is capable of being written to at speed of 500 MB/s, my transfer rate was at most 37 MB/s. The difference is apparently a Windows issue.
