chest size is prefect since i measured but it's quite tight under the arms, not comfortable to wear at all in some situations. Would go a size up next time, i'm not overweight but not skinny, so the size guide might only be good for skinny people since the arms arent adjustable. seems like good quality, just wont be able to use it regularly.
