Bought a gin glass on 28th March. I messaged and asked for the message to be amended straight away after placing the order. . This was acknowledged and I was told no problem. The message still came wrong. Contacted seller but no reply after a week, so messaged again. Finally got a reply that basically said, not happy, return it. The Gin glass itself was fine, but wouldn't recommend seller due to lack of communication and the issue not being resolved
