I had technical questions and he pointed me in the right direction as to do to reset my machine. The key is a good value, with reasonable prices. The new key came well wrapped with thick tape. On the inside the key was well protected by bubble wrap. Top notch condition. It also had great instructions on everything with codes for fixes. 5 stars!
