It is a PC BIOS whitelist issue, so I can not confirm the card performance. The card came with an full to half adapter plate, screws and a screwdriver to install. Should be a good solution for most people.

Seller had great communication during this entire instance and provided a couple of options to resolve. A refund or another shipment, we chose to wait and receive another NIC which did arrive. I don't think it is fair to leave anything other than a positive experience but share.
