The supplied indicator isn't really the best choice for a bore gage, and SST helped me begin discussions with Mitutoyo about a possible exchange. That didn't happen, but the Mitutoyo interaction did eventually lead to a satisfactory resolution. I'm very pleased with SST.

They held the package in a new warehouse well out of the way, for 10 days, admitted they lost it, then when all the refundng was done, they delivered it 2 hours later.
