This is not a true statement at all. We sent the customer questions pertaining to the installation of the compressor so we can HELP FIGURE OUT A SOLUTION. They decided not to answer those questions and instead left the negative feedback. Customer still has the option to return for a refund and are still wanting to help. the only reason its a "bad experience" in the customers eyes is because they aren't willing to help themselves.
