If you are unable to find the adapter network, reset the adapter, it’s the button on the side. That’s what I had to do and then connecting to my router was a breeze. Make sure you open adapter network otherwise will never work for you. If you aren’t a little savvy you may want to rethink buying. It absolutely works perfectly once connected. Highly recommend
