      Sellers sent the wrong parts and would not fix their mistake. I had to get eBay to step in.Seller is also very slow to respond. I told them I need this rectified quickly and I didn't get an answer for a week.

      Japan was on holidays for Obon and thsi was clearly explained in an email. Instead of waiting, the buyer opened a case and a full refund was issued. We cannot assist you once a full refund has been issued. I am sorry that your experinece with us was an unpleasent one.
