I can literally move it freely with a inserting a screw driver in the center hole 🕳️ and apply slight pressure ( back & forth ) it feels soft and NOT hard rubber . I would like for the seller to send me another one with NO cost of me paying for shipping of $11 . I want to the seller to pay for shipping and send me another one with the rubber feeling HARDER
