SUGGESTION: if u live in a hot climate, do not let acids bake in a mailbox....Acid peel bottles packed in bubble wrap, arrived in a safe condition, and looked professional as shown in the listing. Eye dropper is useful, blue color helps protect the product. Tried 50%, def stronger than 30% I'd been using (mild stinging). No smell. No leaking. The price is very fair imo. No frills item, instructions not included, please read/watch demos if unfamiliar.
