I have asked for my order to be cancelled because obviously there is a problem. Response I get it is is my fault because I chose the shipping method (which honestly I don't remember choosing a shipping option, I just said yes to the defaults). Not sure how I am supposed to resolve a shipping issue when I didn't ship the product. Poor, passive aggressive communication. Buyer beware.
