Outstanding service and excellent transaction. Turned out that after I installed this magnet on my motor, it was not designed for my cart. I contacted the seller about it (even though it my fault for paying attention to which cart model it was designed for) told him of my mistake, I was given a full refund after returning it. The product worked as advertised. Installation was simple once the passenger reat tire/wheel was removed. Installation thereafter took less than three minutes. My only complaint involved the shipping. It was sent USPS Priority Mail SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Really? Due to my schedule it took several attempts before I received it.
