    Recieved with defective ballast, also a fake 55w kit, swapped in an old true 55w ballast and the light output doubles, the slim ballasts only pull slightly more than 2amp, not 5-6 like a 55w kit would, expecting a refund/partial refund, but no reply frlm seller. Grade F!
