Settings/Windows Security/open Windows security/Core Isolation, toggle Memory Integrity off. It can't be switched back on till the tuner is uninstalled. I used NextPVR, happy with that on Windows10. Download the app and also the LAV files which are required to view some channels. I required an External aerial. My thanks to the seller for making this tuner available.
