Every mounting hole has to be re-drilled, for it to fit correctly. Even tho China factory knows the holes are off, they'll never correct the problem. It's good, one piece design, not the split type others sell. Shipping was quick and packed good. Price is fair for what you get. It's black plastic. Paint not necessary.
