They said they would. We shipped the part UPS Red (overnight). It should've arrived on Friday, but there was a delay on the carrier's end (as reported through UPS tracking). So, it didn't arrive until Monday, the following business day. Carrier delays are rare thankfully, but are totally out of our control. The label and tracking showed we shipped overnight, and we messaged the buyer showing proof of this, but he unfortunately didn't bother to look.
