When I opened the box the rubber bump stops were laying in pieces in the bottom of the box so I had to acquire a new set of bump stops. I should have returned the parts because after I got the control arms installed in the car I found both the upper ball joints that came already installed in them are junk as well, both ball joints have extreme excessive play in them. I am extremely dissatisfied in this product.
