I wasn't aware such cables were still being made, but I'm kinda glad they are. This is specifically for a SCSI-1 or -2 host and a device. I know this will work for vintage Apple hardware, but I'm not sure what vintage IBM-compatible PC SCSI cards use for external SCSI devices.
