I requested a return of incorrect cable and shipment of correct cable. They agreed, then 6 days later (on the 10th) responded that they need an email address to return the item to ship a correct one. I responded on the 10th to simply refund and return this one. I purchased elsewhere. As of 4/23 (13 days later) I still don't have the return label or refund.

When you buy a BNC camera be sure to let your provider know what to set your camera to. You can locate your devices specs through the place you purchased it and upon purchasing a camera you should read the specs. We also provide free tech support to all our clients .
