Packaging was extremely poor, just a flimsy thin carboard. But the seller was responsive and quick to find a solution with me. Contacted customer service who said that this was communicated in the product description- so I double checked it and there was nothing of the sort- just a generic description. They offered a paltry discount or a refund when contacted- but they shouldn’t have sold the item in the first place at the price they were offering.
