    Misleading condition, poor customer service! Rolex dial arrived scratched in many places, despite being sold as in excellent condition. It was unopened until inspected by a reputable Rolex jeweller, who confirmed the damage & took photos. Seller refused return or refund, blamed handling, and was dismissive throughout. Photos (distant) in the listing didn’t show the marks, likely hidden by angles or lighting. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend for condition-sensitive purchases.

    I understand your frustration, but we sold you a Mint Condition Dial. We made sure to take photos & a video of the dial before it was shipped, in addition to the photos that we had posted. Pictures were taken from every angle, to make sure that if anything was wrong with the dial, it would be seen. We don’t understand how this happened, and made sure that we did everything in our part to make this right. Hopefully we can make it up to you on your next purchase.
