    Good protective packaging, and item in very good condition as described. On this occasion, there was a delayed dispatch and an incorrect tracking number was then provided. While not huge concerns in themselves, better subsequent communication by the seller would have been far more reassuring. It could have helped to mitigate the stress factor.
