Most of the Neg reviews seem to be from people that either don't actually read description or have a shipping issue. I picked up rather than shipping and these guys are awesome. There was a small issue on their end, but they remedied it and it resulted in a better deal for me. Pickup, so no comment on packaging. Phenomenal price if you are in driving distance. I will 100% be a return customer.

Packaging was perfect, the item was in better condition than was described, and the price is fair. After having a Bambu lab A1 mini, probably even $5 is too much for this in my opinion but the $15 I paid was a really fair price compared to the original. The two Neptune 4 Max's were shipped via Sendle while a Neptune 3 max that I wasn't aware of came in from USPS. They did come as described. I.e. with some faults.
