    Shipping was relatively fast. Packaging was original APC box that was not in real good shape, but it made it with no damage to the UPS. UPS was new, open box, as described, but was manufactured in 2023, so my battery warranty is significantly shorter than it would have been if I had purchased a new (or refurb) UPS. My offer of 25.00 dollars less than asking price was accepted, but had I known it was two years old already, I would have offered 50.00 dollars less to get an actual fair price.
