    Received my items better than described & packaged very well!! I might not have purchased from this seller based on feedback score, but I read the reviews & my experience was similar. I’m not complaining but hope that if someone is hesitant, it helps them make their decision to purchase. Purchased on 6th, mailed 13th & received on 18th. There was tracking on the package, but seller didn’t provide it. All in all a wonderful experience & I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from again!! Thank you!!

    Seller hung up on my call to requet a refund & inform about the malfunction of the machine's computer screen/motherboard; malfunction confirmed by a sewing machine business manager. She refused to return my voice message and texted saying that I was lying about the machine's malfunction. She claimed that the shipping must have damaged the machine -- there are no dents or cuts on the boxes. I sent the seller a video of the malfunctioning computers and the boxes. She stopped communicating.
