    bag came in really good condition, seller was also communicative when i requested additional pictures. only thing is the shipping took longer than expected (10 days), and also the bag was folded in half for shipping. i understand why the bag had to be compressed, but it put strain on the straps and back padding, so a different packing method would've been much appreciated. however, overall good value, not that bad all things considered.
