It feels a bit like a brick. Heavy and rugged. The big downside is windows 11. It took over an hour to finish its first boot up and requires an internet connection and login. (If this is not true, it was not obvious how to change this)

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go!
