However I contacted MTP Liquidations and they provided an easy return process, prompt refund, and in earnest, hold only positive feedback on how they corrected what I believe is an honest error on their part. They sell liquidated items and I believe mine was simply mis-boxed from whomever they received the item from. Overall, while I wish it was what I wanted, MTP made it simple for me to return the item for full refund.
