Well packaged but it looked like a tank drove over it. Also not on the seller. Being watch crystals there was damage. Again not on the seller. Ebay immediately offered a refund. I am out the strike related fees which is not on eBay. Items as described. Great price per crystal for whats left. I won't claim as elsewhere its 5x the cost; it is discouraging. C'est la vie. These were double boxed with plenty of packing material, but from the photos you shared, I'm guessing they ran over it with a forklift or truck. Gotta love DHL International...
