    I’m very sorry the item arrived damaged — it wasn’t my intention to send a damaged one. I immediately explained that a new delivery was on the way and that I would send a replacement directly once it arrived. I truly don’t understand why such a negative review was left, as I did my best to resolve the issue quickly and politely. The case will be reviewed by eBay.
