    Part of the item was faulty, seller didn’t offer any suggestion so cost me £145 on top of the item. The delivery was fast and the communication was rapid but overall a poor experience with this seller.

    The slip ring did not match with buyer car. There is nothing we can do about it. We always offer full refund if buyer would like to send the parts back. The steering wheel was brand new and mint condition exactly as advertised.
