However, the wall mounts that were supposed to come with the cameras were not in the shipping box upon arrival. I ask the seller about them. The seller promptly offered a partial refund, which was more than fair. Given "things happen" in the real world, the seller showing the willingness to resolve the issue quickly and fairly made the overall experience much better. The Fax machine was wrapped in two layers of LARGE bubble wrap and it's own custom made box. The box was packed inside a "heavy duty" grade Thick walled box. After about 30 min. of unpacking, I discovered a spotless New Looking Fax Machine with ALL original paperwork. After performing a couple of basic tests I decided the FAX Machine was AS Described and an exceptional value.
