    This framed poster was not packaged properly by the seller causing all the glass to be broken on the frame. Wrapped in 1 piece of thin bubble wrap and paper cover no box. I contacted the seller, provided photos of the damaged parcel to which the seller stated he would refund me. It's been 2 weeks no refund. I had to file a claim with Ebay. I contacted the seller again. He stated he would refund me this morning. Well that came and went still no refund. These are not good business practices.
