I went through a couple more charge & test cycles but the results remained the same. Contacted the seller who did NOT respond. I then initiated eBay Item Refund, which ultimately got me my money back. But what a waste of time this was, not to mention the hustle of installing, removing, and returning the item. Not impressed!
