    Extremely difficult buyer. Blamed me for USPS delays beyond my control. Item was clearly described with exact size and shown next to a ruler. Still claimed it was wrong and demanded a refund. Communication was rude and unreasonable, ignoring facts and threatening negative feedback. Buyer seemed more interested in conflict than resolution. I would not sell to this buyer again. Proceed with caution.
