Very disappointed as seller never even read what I wrote, when I wrote pack them safely please for their long Journey to Australia. I could have thrown the box and it would have been safe. I did not package it poorly?? I have no means of the way the carrier miscarried your item. It is insured. I'd be glad to conduct a refund but it looks like you had no problem listing them on your store as individual rolls for sale. So I'm confused as to the poor review with no messages received. Thanks?
