What I do have a big problem with the packaging, it was only in a black plastic bag, no protection wrapped around it at all, so therfore the case was broken and smash which had caused it to scratch the cds, needless to say I could listen to my book and it went into the bin, if this is how they pack everyone will have same problems. !!!!
