Excellent communication Shipping Fast Very well packaged As described in listing Excellent value Doll was temporarily lost by shipping carrier. Seller was very supportive and determined to ascertain what happened to the doll even though the carrier maintained that the doll was delivered to my address ( which showed that the seller sent it to the correct address) It turned out that the doll was shipped to my neighbor . This was not found out by FEDEX , but by me.

Product exactly as described and works great. Packaged exceptionally well in multiple layers of bubble wrap. Prompt in getting the package to the shipper but FedEx took forever because they damaged the bar code. Seller was great to work with and offered a refund, even though it was not their fault. Very pleased and impressed with Seller’s response and will most definitely buy from them again.

Seller included some photos in the original post and they made the product seem more used than I thought. They sent updated photos after cleaning the product that ultimately led to me making the purchase. The lens I ordered came very well packed with plenty of bubble wrap to ensure it arrived safely. It showed up two days faster than expected and when I first had issues with the shipping location, the seller reposted the item with a different shipping method that worked! Highly recommend seller.
